David is a core team member at Polimec. He worked in the business development department for the largest German luxury car manufacturer during his studies in China, the largest US EV manufacturer, and a Big4 in Germany while graduating in International Business Management with a focus on Asian Markets. After graduation, he worked in another Big4’s Zurich Global Mobility Services practice for five years, managing some of their more prominent clients in Europe, and driving various blockchain-related initiatives.

Luca is a co-founder of Polimec and council member of the Polimec Foundation, the initial developer of the Polimec protocol. Earlier, he worked as Head Crypto Solutions of a Swiss crypto broker, where he led a team in charge of fundraising, token sales, OTC deals, and tailored crypto request activities for key clients. Before that, he gained financial market experience in the active advisory department of a Swiss bank and structured products at a leading provider for structured investment solutions.

Bill Laboon is the Director of Education and Governance Initiatives at Web3 Foundation. Before this, he was a lecturer in the Computer Science Department of the University of Pittsburgh, teaching courses in software quality assurance, software engineering, and blockchain technology. He is the author of two books: A Friendly Introduction to Software Testing, an undergraduate textbook; and Strength in Numbers, a near-future novel set in a world in which cryptocurrency has eliminated traditional money. Bill has a BS in Computer Science and Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh, as well as an MS in Software Design & Management from Carnegie Mellon University.

Micha has over 16 years of experience, including two in New York, in auditing large financial institutions and trading financial instruments and commodities. In addition to working as an auditor, Micha has spent many years advising small and medium-sized financial institutions on the operational implementation of regulatory requirements.
