Crypto has solved global coordination online, but building trust, culture, and institutions remains hard. This talk is a first-hand field report from living inside a network-state-inspired learning community, at Network Schoool, exploring what changes when crypto-native builders co-locate, learn, and build together — and where this model succeeds and fails.
I’m Web 3 founder currently living at Network School, an experiment in intensive learning and co-location for tech-optimistic builders. I’ll share concrete observations from daily life inside this environment — how people learn, coordinate, disagree, and build — and connect them to broader questions Ethereum faces around governance, community, and institution-building beyond the chain.
