Crypto business in EU is regulated now and the first regulated pioneers emerge. My talk will cover lessons learned during licensing proceedings and measures to take to avoid future compliance headache.
EU market is now regulated. I have secured the first MiCA license in the Czech Republic. Many lessons were learned during the licensing proceeding. I would like to talk about measures to take in order to make the licensing proceeding effortless. Moreover many applicants for CASP license were forced to implement new internal procedures to satisfy their local regulator. My talk will also focus on how to avoid a future compliance headache while participating in a regulated business.
