The Risks and Opportunities of Agentic Development
2026-05-08 –, Masaryk Stage

Agents as developer tools are changing not only how we produce codebases but how we review them. The old heuristics of planning artifacts, documentation, even code comments shift from hallmarks of well engineered systems to LLM red flags. In this talk we explore the new risks introduced by these tools along with the productivity boosts they arm us with.

This talk explores the opportunity of developing codebases with agents like Claude or Codex while showcasing a variety newly introduced risks. Positioned as a snapshot of today's state of affairs we cover a set of safety practices along with workflows built around tried tested and true software development artifacts.
