Unlocking AI Agentic UX with Google’s AP2 Standard and the x402 Protocol
2026-05-08 –, Grégr Stage

This session explores how the Agent Protocol (AP2) and x402 Protocol can be combined to enable autonomous agents that interpret intent, execute actions, and exchange value at the protocol level. We will examine how developers can build composable, interoperable agents that coordinate and transact across systems with minimal user interaction.

This session explores how emerging standards like x402 and Google’s Agent Protocol (AP2) enable autonomous systems to communicate intent, coordinate execution, and exchange value onchain. We will examine how x402 defines programmable payment flows and how AP2 provides a common language for agent interaction. Together, they form a foundation for trust-minimized coordination between agents capable of negotiating and executing complex tasks. The talk will highlight the architecture behind these protocols, their interoperability potential, and practical considerations for developers building agentic systems that operate seamlessly across decentralized environments.
