DESCRIPTION:Circles is a well-known protocol with a simple promise: Soverei
gn peer-to-peer money that revives the social roots of money and provides
an alternative to state-issued currencies. In this talk\, I show how commu

tivate dormant resources and run a local economy that operates without Dol
 lars\, Euros or Korunas.
