Blockchain clubs are where Web3 meets its future builders first. This talk shows how clubs unlock universities as talent hubs and act as grassroots engines for local ecosystems, giving the industry early access to smart minds and hands-on experimentation. By nurturing developers, artists and copywriters in creative, community-driven environments, blockchain clubs help grow sustainable Web3 hubs
Blockchain clubs create access to a wider talent base by serving as early entry points for both new and existing Web3 contributors. This allows the industry to identify potential earlier and recruit more effectively over time. The session will show concrete ways how to collaborate with blockchain clubs, from education and industry projects to research, hackathons, and early product validation, backed by real-world examples of impact already created. Clubs also expose students to opportunities they would otherwise not encounter, such as events like ETHGlobal. Attendees will understand why blockchain clubs are uniquely powerful early touchpoints: they engage people at the very beginning of their careers, when preferences, tools, and ecosystems are first experiences that tend to stick. Finally, participants will see why student ecosystems are high-leverage environments for risk-taking and experimentation. The volume of projects started each year represents valuable opportunities.
