You have nothing to hide! Vol.2
05-31, 14:30–14:55 (Europe/Prague), Flower Stage

Privacy is dangerous. You must be doing something illegal if you need privacy. You have nothing to hide! Or do you? I believe we all do - from massive secrets with potential to topple the governments to small things like b-day presents. Let's talk about privacy in the cyberspace!

We all have stuff to hide. Our thoughts, our actions, our connections. Sometimes it is to preserve our lifes, sometimes it is just the discomfort of revealing. We should be able to reveal our private matters on our own terms. For that we need privacy to be there from the get go - baked into the fabric of our cyberspace interactions. Privacy is not something to be added retrospectively. Let's look into how privacy can be preserved in online communication. What features are required for a tool/infra to be recognized as privacy preserving? How can zero-knowledge technology help? Let's also touch on the interesting projects in the space. My goal for this talk is to make you think about privacy every day!

I like new technologies, this brought me to web development over 20 years ago, then to Kubernetes and container, AI, blockchain and now to privacy focused tech.
