Simon Mohn is a speaker, process facilitator, and social innovator, as well as a co-founder of Reinventing Society. In his talks and workshops, he brings to life many of the methodological and conceptual approaches he has developed for Reinventing Society.
As a practice-oriented researcher, one of his main focuses is the development of concepts and approaches for process-oriented societal development. His diverse experience in organisational and personal development informs his work in this field.
Simon has a background as an organisational developer and coach in the non-profit and public sectors. Academically, he is rooted in peace and conflict studies (MA), political science, and sociology.
Beyond his professional work, Simon draws inspiration from his friendships and personal pursuits, including time in nature, festivals, travel, parkour, and onewheeling.
